WARRANTY
All boards are covered under a manufacturer warranty from 1 year of the purchase date. If you believe you have a warranty issue please fill out the contact form below. All approved warranty claims will receive a replacement board. If the replacement model is no longer in stock a credit will be issued for future purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturer defects such as delamination, incorrect insert placement, or any error in the manufacturing process. The warranty does not cover boards that are damaged from misuse such as broken edges/sidewalls due to impact from a rock or anything hard, dented or broken edges/sidewalls due to a board being dropped, breaks in the nose or tail from improper landings, and top sheet stress marks, scratches, or cracks. Chips, scratches, core-shots, and rust are considered normal wear and tear and not covered under warranty.
RETURNS
Unused/unwrapped snowboards and soft goods are returnable within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it with original packaging. We are not going to sweat the box but protective films must be attached and the board in its original sleeve.
You are responsible for shipping fees. It is highly advise to purchase insurance on return shipping.
